Private Accommodation

We want to have a clear focus on community and relationship-building during these days.

Several people in Oslo Vineyard and Vintage Vineyard will therefore open their homes and welcome overnight guests. We will facilitate private accommodation for those who wish, as far as capacity allows.

We recommend booking early, as availability in Oslo can be limited during weekends.

There is parking available at the conference venue for up to 50 cars.

The nearest additional parking option is APCOA at Rolf Wickstrøms vei 15.

If you choose to park on the street, please make sure to read the parking signs carefully and park within the designated parking zones.

The venue is also easy to reach by public transportation. Nydalen station is only 270 metres from the conference venue, approximately a 4-minute walk.

Meals

Lunch on Saturday and fika will be provided during the conference and are included in your ticket. Snacks and simple meals will also be available for purchase at the Night Café.

Translation

All the sessions will be in English. If you would like translation, please indicate so in your registration form.

Children

Childcare is not provided during the conference. However, there is a room for children ages 2-6, where parents can be together with their children. Please be aware that at least one parent must stay with their children, as this room is unsupervised.
